I need to get out. Now. I staggered up, my hands fixed onto the walls for balance. I felt my energy drain out my body as I stood. I looked around. My eyes landed onto the entrance. I was weak, but the desire to escape was overpowering. Now. I took deep breath as I went a step forward.
Where am I? I sat up to examine my surroundings. The walls, of what seemed to be a small circular room, were made of dark rock. Small diamond-like gems were incrusted into the walls, each yielding a different colour. They produced a dim light, allowing to me see. It feels so tiny. I felt myself panic. I need help.
"Hello? Is anybody there?". My voice echoed through the small entry of the room. No reply. I tried to knock on the walls. No one answered. Desperate, I called once more. "Is there anybody there? Hello?". Silence. I was alone. |
